Chiller Installation for a Healthcare Company
Issue: – We were approached by a Healthcare Company who do works all over the UK, they advised that they had two units at one of their sites which needed major remedial works carrying out. We attended site to diagnose any issues and advised on how to proceed.
During our visit to the site, we found that the units were beyond economical repair and it wasn’t a viable option to repair due to the costs of replacing major components and the age of the units.
Solution: – We offered two solutions to the Client, we offered repairs to the existing chillers as standard, as well as a quotation for two new units to replace the existing ones. The client advised that the new more modern systems would be more beneficial to the business as they are more energy-efficient.
Outcome: – Once the units were delivered, they were installed and commissioned over two days. We included a year’s maintenance as well as a year’s warranty on the units as standard.
The initial costs were higher, but as a result, the chillers will eventually pay for themselves in running costs and saved money on repairs.
The Client was extremely happy with our services and attitude towards the job, and as a result, we now look after all of their other sites.
